“We booked a tour with David which turned out to be a great decision! He led us through a maze of beautiful streets in Gracia – where we learned many interesting historical and topical facts about the area – and showed us charming, convivial and interesting tapas bars that we probably wouldn’t have noticed or visited had it not been for him.

The evening was special in many regards. We had the opportunity to taste some of our favorite tapas as well as delicious ones that were new to us, but typical for Barcelona. We visited traditional and modern tapas bars and enjoyed dishes, such as: Botifarra, Bombas, Croquetas, artisan Vermouth, just to name a few. We learned about tapas etiquettes and many things about Barcelona through our vivid discussions with David.

The entire evening was truly enjoyable because every single person of the group was a pleasure to be with. We enjoyed the conversations, the diversity and the charming neighbourhood.

David obviously loves doing tapas tours and is passionate about the food and all things in Barcelona. I highly recommend taking this tour. It’s the best way to feel welcomed in Barcelona.”

“This beer tasting tour turned out to be a lot of fun! The guide was very knowledgeable and the whole tour had a really friendly atmosphere about it, so it was easy to make friends and have a good time while picking up stacks of interesting info about craft beer along the way. The added bonus of this tour is that you get to hit up a bunch of cool little places you probably wouldn’t find on your own – helped me to avoid the tourist traps! Super fun. Totally recommend it!”

“Some friends of mine were visiting Barcelona, and they wanted to join a cool tour to check out the nightlife. As I heard of this new one here, I though we should give it a try, especially because the price is quite low! We had a blast! You can try different tapas, and get beers at some really cool places I didn’t even know ! (I am living in Barcelona since a long time now!). I really liked that this bar was in El Raval, and you could tell that the guide knew this area inside out!

In a nutshell: We had a blast with our group of friends, new friends, and had the chance to combine nightlife with tapas. Really recommended!”

“Is beer tasting the new wine tasting? Tapas and Beers seem to think so and they’ve launched a craft beer tour that takes in some of the city’s finest cervecerias in the company of a Catalan brewer.”

Easyjet Traveller Magazine

“Led by Oriol Jaumà from Art Cervesers, one of Catalonia’s most successful breweries, this insightful tour takes you directly to the heart of Barcelona’s beer scene… Whether you’re a beer noob or a brewmaster in your own right, you’re sure of a good time with these guys.”

Driftwood Journals

“The [craft beer tasting] tour isn’t complicated but it’s extremely informative. Great beers are to be expected, but what elevates the experience is the expertise of Oriol, who has a genuine passion for his subject and an insider’s perspective.”

Food Barcelona

“‘Taste the real Barcelona’ is the motto of this creative young project that aims to introduce hungry and thirsty travellers to the delights of Catalan cuisine, with a dash of cultural information on the side…. The ethos of the company is to use food and drink as a way of getting under the skin of the city.”
